How do I log in to my ThreadWorks account?

  • You can log in to your account through our webpage https://www.thread.works and selecting the “Login” button located in the upper right corner. 

  • You will also be directed to the login page by clicking on the links from any ThreadWorks notifications.   


I forgot my password, or I was locked out.


I was sent documents. How do I retrieve them?

  • Click on the “Download Files” link in the email notification. New users will be asked to create a ThreadWorks account while existing users will be asked to log in to retrieve the files.


  • Click on the “Sign Documents Now” link in the email notification. New users will be asked to create a ThreadWorks account, while existing users will be asked to log in to sign the requested document.

I was sent an eSign online request.


  • Client users can send files to their professional by selecting “Inbox” in the home page, then selecting the “Send Files” button.

How do I send files online?


  • Final Documents are permanent files that have been shared by your professional.   

  • The Inbox includes secure messages created through file exchange, eSign requests, and information requests.   

What is the difference between Final Documents and my Inbox?


  • New client accounts are created when a professional requests or shares files securely.

I don’t have an account.


  • Contact your professional to share your updated email address.

I use different email addresses.
